French Necessity Notes 1914-1918. "Bons Communaux". Description: Printed in one color. Texts and decoration are in blue and the background with "Ville de Douai - 500 F" is in the color of paper. No Serial. Black number. 2 signatures at center of the front. Black handstamp on front. On back, arms of the town and the "Beffroi" at center. Very rare.
